Job seekers build a profile once, upload a CV, and apply in two clicks. Employers post a role, review applicants in a simple pipeline, and keep every CV and decision in one place. There are no recruiter fees and no paywall on applying.
Salary shown wherever possible
Listings that publish a range get substantially more applications, and hiding pay wastes everyone’s time. We make the field prominent and encourage employers to fill it in.
Apply once, reuse everywhere
Your profile and CV are saved and attached automatically. Nobody should retype their work history for the eleventh time this month.
Real status, not silence
Every application shows where it actually stands, and every change is recorded. If an employer rejects you, you are told rather than left guessing.
Your CV stays yours
A CV is only ever readable by you and by an employer you sent a live application to. Withdraw, and their access ends. Even administrators cannot open it.
